What You Will Receive?

This program is delivered by Abdullah Abu-aysheh (Master Instructor) and focuses on using your bodyweight to strengthen your muscles, lose weight, burn fat and calories, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and prevent against risky medical conditions. This offer includes:

 

  •  36 Personal Training Sessions – delivered over 12 weeks, either outdoor or indoor.
  •  The Big Six Power Moves – an exercise program based around six core exercises for supreme survival strength: pushups, pull-ups, squats, hanging leg raises, bridges and handstand pushups. With our guider program, you can begin with minimal ability and realistically, safely stack strength on strength—until you are as functionally strong as you could ever want to be.
  • Partnership & Support – ongoing training and encouragement to help you stay strong on your fitness path and surpass your goals, including the use of analytics to help monitor and assess your progress.

  • Complementary 2 initial fitness consultation & assessment (1 before begin the program and 1 after the program) + 36 training sessions/ 30 min each (3 per week)

As our trainers work upon scheduled appointments, 24 notices must be given for all cancellations. Personal Training sessions cancelled without 24 hour notice are subject to full payment of the session.
