As our trainers work upon scheduled appointments, 24 notices must be given for all cancellations. Personal Training sessions cancelled without 24 hour notice are subject to full payment of the session.
I am so grateful for the lessons I received, because as a 52-year-old woman I was not at all fit at the start of my lessons. As a client, it felt like a one to one instruction and all in a friendly and highly informative manner. Apart from practical instruction in the gymnasium itself I also learned so much about the human body and its relationships with physical, mental and dietary considerations, the knowledge gifted being amazing. I am now much more confident in becoming more active and to take fitness much further. I enjoyed the experience so much that I quit smoking after smoking for 40 years with no pressure because I quickly realised that I needed to breath more efficiently via the anti-gravity lessons Abdulla taught me, physical fitness requiring the proper use of one’s lungs so to breathe. My life has now taken a new and positive course and I will always be very grateful to Abdulla for that. As an aside, I would also like to mention that the work was hard and unforgiving but Abdulla taught it in such a calm and motivational way as to make it challenging but achievable.
