Anti-gravity training would like to introduce our bodyweight strength training authority, Abdullah Abu-Aysheh (Master instructor). He will be leading level 1 calisthenics workshops.

The Level 1 Calisthenics Trainer Certification Workshop includes 6 distinct modules plus 1 bonus seminars:

 

  1. the Push up series
  2. Pull-up series
  3. Handstand series
  4. perform the bodyweight Bridge
  5. the squat series
  6. knee raise/leg raise series

Bodyweight Programming

 

Mastering some techniques is often not enough to become a Calisthenics Trainer, you must understand how to combine knowledge of physical fitness into the context of the training program. Our in depth directions are part of our straight forward seminar. Topics include:

 

  • When to progress towards harder techniques
  • How to combine intensity and recovery
  • Designing and carrying out advanced routines
  • How to train specifically for strength, skill, and hypertrophy
  • Going through different workout templates and programming options
  • Thoughts on different forms of exercise including cross-training and weight training

 

Along with this form of certification, all attendees will be able to receive a copy of our textbook “Level 1 Calisthenics Trainer Manual” that features all of the course’s contents. The manual will only be given to those who attend the training workshop.
