Who Is This Program For?

This program is for those committed to changing their quality of life and body shape forever. I offer personal attention, individualized instruction, coaching and critique that will ensure that you achieve results each time you work out. I will remain with you every step of the way to motivate, guide, and educate you fully on all aspects of the personalised bodyweight program. I don’t believe in offering a bargain program, but a top of the line experience that produces results. My safe and effective training is backed up by years of formal education, training and experience. Here’s my philosophy: No Machines. Just Hard Work.

£1000 can be made in 3 payments


As I work upon scheduled appointments, 24 notice must be given for all cancellations. Personal Training sessions cancelled without 24 hour notice are subject to full payment of the session.



''I took part and completed the 3 month transformation program lead by Abdullah as I was wanting to change my life by becoming fitter but was unsure of what makes a good workout and where to start.
